What Is Cloutgrid

Cloutgrid is a subscription-based grid where users claim blocks displaying their profile picture, linked to their public profile page. Each block costs $4.99 per month. Blocks are assigned sequentially and remain visible on the grid for as long as the subscription is active.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may only create one account per person
• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You may not impersonate another person or use a username that belongs to someone else

Subscriptions and Payments

• Block subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99 per block via PayPal
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account
• Upon cancellation, your blocks will be removed from the grid at the end of the billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• Block positions are not guaranteed to remain the same if a subscription lapses and is restarted

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cloutgrid to:

• Upload or display content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Upload NSFW, sexually explicit, or adult content of any kind
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity
• Post spam, malware, or malicious links
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Use the service for any commercial advertising without our permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Profile Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to your profile. By uploading content, you grant Cloutgrid a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content as part of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for the content on your profile. Cloutgrid is not responsible for user-generated content.

Usernames

• Usernames may only be changed once every 7 days
• Usernames that violate these Terms may be removed or reassigned
• We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, misleading, or in violation of these Terms

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your blocks will be removed from the grid and your subscription will be cancelled.

Disclaimers

Cloutgrid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that blocks will always be visible. We are not responsible for any loss of data or revenue resulting from use of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloutgrid and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Cloutgrid after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Cloutgrid operates.
