Please read this policy carefully before subscribing. By completing a purchase on Cloutgrid, you agree to this refund policy in full.
All sales on Cloutgrid are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, unused subscription time, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the service.
When you subscribe, you are paying for an active block on the Cloutgrid grid. Your block goes live immediately upon payment. Because the service is delivered instantly and in full, no refunds are issued.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your block will remain active and visible on the grid until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be removed. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already charged.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid grounds constitutes a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to permanently suspend any account associated with a chargeback and to contest all fraudulent disputes.
